Lol my wife is a gamer too. I'm lucky I have a gaming wife, I couldn't be with someone who didn't game. I've got a coworker who told me he has to sneak and play his Playstation when his wife is asleep.
God damn, poor coworker, imagine having to sneakily play games as if its like drinking or taking drugs, that just sounds so sad, hope he can work it out with his wife and she can understand he's got needs too
What kind of games does you wife like to play if I may ask? Anything you guys like to paly together?

We both love Pokemon and play those games together, but she also like other games like Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon but I'm not into those games. Kingdom Hearts is her favorite gaming franchise.

Very understandable choices, they are all very laid back and relax type of game, while you like more action it seems? Stardew Valley is pretty good, it grows on you and kinda makes you care about your farm and town, I wouldn't mind playing that, Harvest Moon is just another farming game right? This gives me an idea, you could try Minecraft with her, there is a Harvest Moon modpack and a lot of other farming sim modpacks, you could also put in other mods too, rpg mods, Pixelmon mod <== good mod, medieval or sci fi, whatever you want, you could play something you enjoy and she can play something she enjoy all in the same game

Sorry I've been quite absent lately because of heavy work (10h/ day, 5 day a week) and honestly I have hardly any time to think.

Thanks. I'm just unable to stay for long because I'm doing 8:30-18:30 (around 19:00 at home.) and I'm usually too exhausted to do anything really.
It's all good bro! Life gets in the way sometimes, I know sometimes I'm super tired and don't want to do much but sleep and relax lol. I work 10 hour shifts too, so I feel that. Looks like I'll be taking yet another day off of work tomorrow. I'm not sick but my in laws who my wife and I live with tested positive for covid and I don't want to spread it around work so I'm just going to take PTO and hope that I don't end up getting it.

And even worse now, my gaming chair broke so I need to get another chair. Yay.

We've been chilling at home, I finished up the first season of Young Justice and she's been playing Alan Wake 2. Now I'm posting on a few forums and then I'll play some Palworld since it's been a bit since I've played lol.
Nice, does your wife ever play Palworld with you?

Nah, unfortunately the only other way to play it is via Xbox One and it doesn't run that well on the Xbox One lol. I'm hoping Palworld will eventually make it's way to PS5, or at the very least I'm hoping I can get a Series X soon. (I have disc based Xbox One/360 games that I want to be able to still play which is why I want a Series X over the S.)

I assumed your wife would have a PC to play Palworld on if she wanted, but it sounds like there isn't and would have to use a Xbox?

We do have a gaming laptop that I haven't tested to see if it can handle the game. It's about 3 years old now though, I can't even remember the specs lol. Maybe I'll dig it out of storage and see how well it handles the game.

After an infortunate incident, been forced to change my chair for my PC. I guess it didn't appreciate the heavy weight on it... Well that's 120$ well spent.
